I. Introduction

With the rapid development of China’s manufacturing industry, CNC (computer numerical control) machining technology has been widely used in the field of aluminum parts manufacturing. However, the problem of residues generated during CNC machining has been troubling enterprises. These residues not only affect the appearance quality of aluminum parts, but also may lead to problems in subsequent processes. Therefore, how to effectively remove aluminum CNC machining residue has become the focus of attention of enterprises.
